Return/Exchange Policy
14 Day Return Policy
If items are returned within 14 calendar days from the ship date WE WILL PAY for the return shipping. Items must still have tags attached.
The goods must be returned in new and unused condition. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, etc. and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
If you return your item between days 15-30 from the ship date we will gladly exchange it up to 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days we won't accept exchanges or refund payments.
Orders placed from Alaska, Hawaii or Canada are not exchangeable or a $10 fee will be applied.
You may not return or exchange: sale items and gift certificates.
Shipping and handling on merchandise returned after 14 calendar days is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
How do I make an Exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please email us to hold your item(s).
How do I make a Return? You will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible). The shipping address is noted above. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase or a check will be mailed to you minus the shipping charges incurred. Please note: It may take 10-14 days to process your return and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
